Sometimes the scariest things can happen right under your nose and you may not even see them until after the fact. There are some phenomena you just cannot explain away. Recently on this blog I noticed that some dates were too coincidental not to say something about them. You may not have noticed but they glare me in the face like..well, that eye...

The first coincidence I noticed most recently is the fact that I started this blog the day after Janis Martin died. When I started this blog I didn't know she even existed. My original intent for this blog was to honor and write about Women in Rock and didn't know that someone I would write about a year and a half later had just died. I think that's too bizarre of a coincidence.
Here's another: My first entry on Women in Rock, which I started by writing about Wanda Jackson was posted one day after Janis Martin's birthday. Check the dates on these entries. That was hardly planned by me- but there it is- BEEE- ZAAAROOO!
Now, go back to my very first post. Who's picture do you see? Elvis. I don't know why I chose his pic out of all the pics of rock-n-rollers I have. Especially since I didn't intend to write about Elvis. Now look at my latest post on Janis Martin. The Female Elvis. Why did this happen? I can't tell you exactly but there must be a reason. Right? ?
Okay. Now you can go back to your regularly scheduled life. But you can't pretend that things happen without rhyme or reason. I learned a long time ago that if God is watching you he's also directing you if you're sensitive to what he says.

Actually there's one more coincidence which I didn't mention. If you know me really well you'll figure it out but someone would have to take a really good look at a certain profile of a certain person.
This is the way I figure it. If someone is really a good friend they should know at least this much about you. That's my hint.

Well I looked around and I figured it out. It's that you started this blog on your birthday I think. The date didn't exactly match up but its prety close.
